We are pleased to announce that The International Workshop on Solid-State Lighting of LED and Laser Diode will be held in Macao, China, on 15th December, 2016. This unique event brings scientists, corporate giants and representative end-users to discuss leading technology and research challenges in (1) scientific issues, (2) device physics and engineering, (3) lighting design in general, (4) quality standards and testing methodologies, (5) effect of electronic lighting on human health, and (6) practical problems experienced by end-users.
