Prof. Qingchun ZHANG from Southwest University of Science and Technology gave a talk on “Atomically dispersed transition metal sites as heterogeneous or homogeneous catalysts for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries”. In his talk, he presented that atomically dispersed transition sites anchored on suitable substrates or dissolved in electrolytes as heterogeneous or homogeneous catalysts enabled maximum atomic utilization and robust catalytic activity, which have high potential to propel the real implementation of efficient and durable LSBs.
