Research Interests
Research and developments on micro- and nano-photonic devices including silicon- and 2D-material-based lasers, quantum light sources, LEDs, photodetectors, waveguides, etc.
Aiming to develop large-scale on-chip photonic integrated circuits towards next-generation optical communications and quantum computing for computations, Internet of Things, medical instruments, etc.
