A delegation from Jiangsu Hongyi Security Technology Co., Ltd. (江蘇紅翼安防科技有限公司, hereinafter as “Hongyi Technology”) visited the Institute of Applied Physics and Materials Engineering (IAPME) on September 17, 2025.
During the visit, Prof. Songnan Qu presented an overview of IAPME’s development and research focuses. Prof. Shuangpeng Wang, Prof. Qu and student from Prof. Guoxing Sun’s group, further showcased the institute’s recent achievements in several key areas, including high-efficiency low-cost electrolytic water hydrogen production, optoelectronic and energy storage devices, carbon dot based biomaterials, and foam concrete materials.
Mr. Yanjie Liu (劉彥杰), Chairman of Han Hydrogen Power (Zhuhai) Technology Co., Ltd. (瀚氫動力(珠海)科技有限公司) and Mr. Jiapeng Liu (劉佳鵬), Chairman of Hongyi Technology, among other enterprise representatives, praised the research achievements of IAPME. They expressed their wishes to establish cooperation between their companies and IAPME in the future, jointly promoting the transformation of research outcomes in areas such as hydrogen energy and low-altitude economy within the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
