1. Revision Summary (Template) [REMARK: Please use passive voice to write down what you have revised, but not addressing each comment from the members]
2. Confirmation of Thesis Revision Form (please fill in one of the below forms according to your “Final Resolution”)
2.1 Minor revisions to be assessed by supervisor: GRS/Form/035 OR
2.2 Minor revisions to be assessed by all examination committee members: GRS/Form/036
3. Thesis
3.1 Please print and submit a hard copy and a soft copy (word file) of the revised Thesis to General Office for format checking.
3.2 After the thesis is checked, please send the finalized thesis (pdf format) to General Office for final approval.
3.3 Hard paper back bounded copy: The final version must be properly bound in black hard cover binding with gold lettering and a total of 3 copies are needed: 1 for IAPME, 2 for Library. These copies can be submitted before the Senate Meeting.
4. For the copies to Library, please refer to this “Guidelines for Submission of Theses and Dissertations”.
Note: Except items 3 & 4, all others need to submit the original hard copy to the General Office.
